Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days when the item is in stock. If an item needs to be specially ordered from our supplier, please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. We'll notify you by email if your order requires additional processing time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
At checkout, you'll be able to choose from available shipping methods, each with its own estimated delivery timeframe provided by the carrier. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method. 

Order Tracking
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if any delays arise.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
